Hosting and visit statistics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc. Every request passes through Cloudflare's network, which logs the IP address, time, page and browser details to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. How long these logs are kept is set by Cloudflare.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It loads a small script from Cloudflare, sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you. We see only totals: views per page, referring sites, browsers, device types and countries.

Cloudflare processes this data for us under its data processing terms, which include the EU standard contractual clauses for data handled outside the EU and EEA. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)): running a secure site and knowing which pages are useful. Details: Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies and third parties

The site itself sets no cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics sets none either. The chat widget is provided by Tawk.to and sets its own cookies to keep a conversation going. There is no advertising pixel and no external font request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: IMY in Sweden, Datatilsynet in Norway or Denmark, or the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
