Questions and answers
The questions people ask in the chat, answered once and in writing.

Most problems during a match come from the connection or the device, not the service. Legality depends on whether a service holds the rights to its channels, and this page is not legal advice. Anything not covered here, the chat answers in under 4 minutes.
Is IPTV legal?
IPTV is a way of delivering television over the internet, and the technology is legal: Nordic telecom operators deliver their own TV the same way. What decides legality is whether the service distributing a channel holds the rights to do so. That question is the same in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Copyright law in the Nordic countries is aimed mainly at whoever makes content available. In 2017, however, the Court of Justice of the EU ruled in case C-527/15 (Stichting Brein v Wullems) that streaming from an obviously unlicensed source is not covered by the exception for temporary copies.
Why does sport buffer?
| Symptom | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Stutters on every channel | Wi-Fi signal or speed | Use a cable, or move closer to the router |
| Stutters only on fast sport or 4K | Device too weak to decode | Switch to HD, or use a faster device |
| Stutters only on match nights | Congestion on your broadband | Test on mobile data at the same time |
| One channel stops, the rest work | A problem with that channel's source | Report it in the chat |
Screens and catch-up
- Screens: one stream at a time on the test and on the one-, three- and six-month plans; four at once on twelve months.
- Catch-up: none on the test and one month, 7 days on three and six months, 14 days on twelve months.
- Login: one set of details for every device in the house.
Why we never promise a channel
Sports rights are sold for a few seasons at a time and change hands often. A site that promises a named league for years ahead is guessing, or worse. We name competitions to describe what fans follow, and we answer questions about the current list in the chat.
How support works
Support runs through the chat, around the clock, and answers in under 4 minutes. It helps to say which device and app you use, which plan you have, which channel failed and at what time. A photo of the error message often saves three rounds of questions.
Questions and answers
Is IPTV legal in Sweden?
The technology is legal. Whether a particular service is legal depends on whether it holds the rights to the channels it distributes. This is not legal advice.
Why does the picture freeze during matches?
Usually Wi-Fi, or a device that cannot decode the stream fast enough. Try a cable, or HD instead of 4K, before anything else.
How many devices can watch at once?
One stream at a time on the test and the one-, three- and six-month plans. Four at once on twelve months.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged in the chat when you order. The available methods are listed there.
Does sports IPTV work on mobile data?
Yes. HD uses roughly 2 to 3 GB an hour, so a full match on mobile data needs a generous plan.
Spend €4 before you spend €89.
The test runs for 48 hours on one screen and stops by itself. Start it on a Friday, so it covers a full weekend of matches.
